Description:

Chuhou sauce, according to legend, was created by Foshan chef Liang Chuhou during the Jiaqing period of the Qing Dynasty. It is one of Foshan’s specialties.

  • Ingredients:  Fermented soybean paste (water, salt, soybeans, wheat flour), sugar, water, caramel color, white fermented bean curd (water, soybeans, salt, molasses spirit), sesame paste, yeast extract (yeast extract, water, salt), soybean oil, salt, ginger, modified corn starch, dehydrated garlic, spices.
