1.Slice 250 g beef or chicken. 2. Heat a skillet and 1 cup (240 ml) of coconut milk together with contents of the packet. Stir-fry until oil appears on top. 3. Add meat and stir-fry until done. Add 1 cup (240 ml) of water. Bring to the boil. 4. Put in some potato and onion. Cook until tender. 5. Add fish sauce to taste. Serve with cooked rice.
