Tom Ka is a delightful cream soup harmonised by the flavor of coconut milk, galangal root, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass. Cook gently to prevent the coconut milk from separating.

Cooking Method: 1. Submerge the packet in hot water for 1 minute. Cut open, the paste will come out easily. 2. Boil 1 cup (240 ml) coconut milk. Add 300g chicken meat together with contents of this packet. Cook until chicken is well-done. 3. Add 2 cups (480 ml) water. Simmer until chicken is tender. 4. Add one more cup (240 ml) coconut milk and 100g mushroom. Bring to a boil and ready to serve. Add fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
