Thai Stir-Fry Chilli Paste is usually the perfect with seafood or any meat of your choice.

Cooking Method: 1. Prepare 250g scored and cut squid, 100g diced onion, 50g cut straw mushroom or white mushroom, 1 sliced red chili, 1-2 cut spring onion stalks. 2. In a wok, bring 2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil to high heat. Add squid and follow with diced onion. Stir-fry until cooked. 3. Add the contents of this packet (50g) and mushroom. Stir-fry until done. 4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle with red chili and spring onion and serve.
