Potted Seafood Seasoning Paste helps make hot clay dishes with seafood, such as prawns, mussels so much easier. Always found in luxurious Chinese restaurants, king crab claws or whole lobsters are served in the hot clay pot they are cooked. Easy way for one-pot seafood dish cooked with subtle Chinese herbs and spices.

Cooking Method: 1. Soak 100g green bean noodles, drain and cut into shorter thread then mix well with contents of this packet. 2. Slice 100g back fat or chicken fat. Place at the bottom of Chinese clay pot. Alternatively, pour 3 tablespoons vegetable oil. 3. Place green bean noodle on top of the fat, followed by 300g fresh shrimp. 4. Cover and place on stove-top at low heat for 15-20 minutes. Serve while hot.
