Cooking Method: Chicken Rice Seasoning Mix (Serves 2 pax):
- Prepare 250-300g chicken breasts or thighs.
- Put 200g rice and chicken rice seasoning sauce mix (32g) in a rice cooker. Pour in appropriate amount of water and mix well. Then arrange the chicken on top. Close the lid and switch on.
- Let it cook and serve hot with soup and dipping sauce.
Chicken Soup and Dipping Sauce:
- Mix 1 packet soup mix (8g) with 400 ml hot water. Stir well.
- Tear sauce pouch (80g) open and poor equally into 2 small sauce cups. Ready to serve.
