DESCRIPTION:

This recipe is traditionally used in Chinese Medicine to help with detoxification, help moisten the lungs, relieve dryness in the throat and reduce phlegm.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

  • INGREDIENTS: Ba Wang Flower,Dried Bamboo,Honey Dates
  • COOKING METHOD: Heat up the water,place pork rib or chicken into a wok. Fill in with water until pork rib or chicken is fully submerged. Turn on stove on high heat. Let it blanch (5 mins). Place rinsed herbs, blanched chicken.Season with fine sea salt before serving.Can be serve 3-4persons.
  • TIPS: can add in fish maw,snow fungus,peach gum.
