龍鱼骨胶原汤的做法

准备好以上材料,竹笙去裙子去头,切断,在煲汤最后15分钟放。鱼骨浸泡30分钟到1小时。海底椰和瑶柱洗干净。 

猪骨切块,换排骨也行, 开水飞一次,拿3碗水炖2小时 ,出锅,可以另外加姬松茸和姜片 。
