Anti-Aging: Snow Fungus Mushroom Soup Pack 抗老润肺汤

DESCRIPTION:

Snow fungus mushroom soup pack is good for nourishes and moisturizes the lungs and skin,anti-aging, strengthens the body's immune function, and helps prevent cancer.

PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:

• INGREDIENTS:  White Snow Fungus,Dried Mushroom,Gojiberry,Lotus Seed.
• COOKING METHOD: After soaking the dried white snow fungus overnight to re-hydrate, trim away the yellow root portion.In a medium/large thick-bottomed pot, add the snow fungus and water. Bring to a boil, and reduce the heat to medium low. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.Add the rock sugar and other ingredients in soup pack. You may want to adjust the sugar levels according to your own preference.Cover and simmer until the soup over low heat until it is syrupy, and the liquid/snow fungus both turn a light amber color. This will take 1-2 hours.
• TIPS: can add in pear.8 hours prep time accounts for time needed to soak the dried snow fungus. Active prep is 5 minutes.
