Rendang Curry Recipe Ingredients:
A. 230g A1 Instant Curry Sauce,1 kg Meat or Seafood
B. 5 Shallots,5 pips Garlic,Appropriate Ginger (minced),10 Slice Curry Leaves,
2 stalks Lemon Grass (Smashed)
1. Use Ingredients A marinated together, leave it for 10 minutes.
2. Heat oil sauté Ingredients B, pour marinated Ingredients into wok, frying with high heat. Add some water, stir frying well with gravy, remove from heat. Serve while hot. (Randomly add some coconut milk / chili sauce / tamarind juice)
