CHH x OLOIYA Bak Zhang Master Set【再發興 x 我來也】一代粽师

We all love our Bak Zhang(s) however, a lot of us have lost the skill & knowledge to wrap as our parents and grandparents age. At Chai Huat Hin, we are constantly working to preserve traditions by simplifying complicated recipes to suit the current lifestyle. 

We've introduced "The Bak Zhang Master" last year for new cooks who want to learn how to wrap Bak Zhang and in hopes that this will encourage more young adults to continue this festive tradition. 

This year we've decided to spice things up by collaborating with Oloiya (everyone's favourite Bak Kwa) so everyone can try this new flavour of Bak Zhang: The Bak Kwa Bak Zhang!

This Set Includes: All the basic ingredients needed to start your Bak Zhang wrapping journey. The ingredients included makes 5-6 pcs of Bak Zhang.

Storage: Store in a cool, dry place and away from direct sunlight upon receiving. 

Please remove SALTED EGGS from the packaging upon receiving them and keep them open and airy.
