糯米粉一般用来制作汤圆、糯米饼等,淀粉一般用来做羹或者是勾芡。糯米粉和淀粉虽然两者在外观上很相似,但是是两种完全不一样的食品,都是洁白的粉质,两者遇到水都会吸水,但是糯米粉在煮熟后会有韧性,而淀粉不会。

Although glutinous rice flour and starch are similar in appearance, they are two completely different foods. They are both white and silty.
