American ginseng is highly aromatic with a licorice-sweet flavor and earthy undertones. Smells somewhat citrusy and tangy.
Cooking Method:
- 5g each time for adults. Double-boil for 3 hours with 200ml of boiled water.
- 10g each time with 10g of dried longans, 1 chicken drumstick and 500ml of boiled water. Double-boil for 3 hours.
- Use as preferred for various kind of herbal soups.
